Hi, I'm Greg, 

                                           the founder and principal consultant for Garstecki Modeling Solutions. Since 2020 I have helped various product development companies improve their Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capability.

 

I strongly believe that successful application of MBSE helps companies better understand customers, improve offerings, and reduce their internal complexity.

I am an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and a level 2 OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional. I have over 37 years of experience using analytical models to design and develop products, which has led to several patents. 

 

For the past 16 years, I have been applying my modeling capabilities to the field of Systems Engineering, both in its direct application and through mentorship and instruction to others.

I worked with the PMO leader and VP of Engineering at a transport HVAC company to implement a requirements database, architecture modeling tool, and trade-space analysis tool within 18 months. This included configuring the database, defining the modeling methodology, and establishing processes to integrate the data for informed decision-making.
